  • UNKNOWN BLESSINGS!

Blessings do come from some unknown cause. Why my mind is always suspicious of ‘unknown’? Are my senses enough to transform this unknown to some known? Why can’t I let my heart to fly, to trust and to believe that blessings are coming from some unseen stars in the dark night. Why I fear change, as if change is meant for my doom only!

All these thoughts propelled me to write down these words………..

    Unknown line in my palm,

    Emanated from some unknown velleity,

    A longing pierced my heart,

    fear spurred some unfelt blow,

    - a fear

from many unrealized cracks of my life,

from a leaf forgotten to be blown in autumn

from a tear hidden in every smile.

    I closed my palm tightly,

to keep a secret with myself only,

Secret of a line with a doubt of unknown treasure or curse!

    An anonymous moment once,

made me to open to see my delusive hope

I saw a deep dark euphoria under my skin.

A bridge from my heart to my life line,

    Nexus spurred some unfelt feeling,

    -a nexus

from many unseen stars in the night sky,

from a kernel left by autumn deep in softness of soil

from an angel rising from the ashes of unknown blessings!

Lovely writing!  Unknown blessings do indeed abound in all of our lives, should we but see them for what they are.

i don't know.  i think unknowns are always frightening because we don't know if it is coming from a good place or a place with scarey or bad intentions.  perhaps your unknown only gives you something you perceive as a good something when in fact it is just buttering you up for something else later.  but the later may not come and it may just be one good thing after another.

I think it comes from someplace deep within, that voice that somehow lessens the ability to let go and allow things to BE.

But I think we can alter this voice.

RYC} You asked a little while ago about recognizing a Holey Stone.  It is a stone with a natural hole through it (usually by force of water over a long, long period of time, perhaps hundreds, if not thousands, of years.)  When you find one, it is a blessing~~and I have no doubt you will find one when you are least expecting it.

    Hi Nidhi!

Sorry for the late reply, yea I've been away for most of the times and a lot of things happened so i didn't get the chance to post anything on my blog. Thanks so much for your concern, I appreciate it a lot. I just hadve some issues and a lot of things going on in my life so i take time for it.

I really like this post. this is so true. What you said about Unknown Blessings is so true. You know sometimes i'm searching for it too because sometimes i couldn't see it even it right before my eyes. That's ok if we couldn't see it at first but we'll manage somehow. It gives us time to figure out and also to understand the situation so when things happen again, it'll be easier for us.

And the poem. Wow, this is so insightful. I was so mesmerized by your poem. This is so deep. I'm glad that I could read your poem today and I felt an inner peace. You really good at writing poems. You should keep the records of all your poems because wow this is really take my breath away. It's been a long time I didn't write a poem because I normally not really been inspired. Keep on writing this. The good thing is when you wrote this poem all of them are so accurate. your words are accurate in expressing what your feelings are. The best part is you can make all of us relate to your feelings.

    Excellent job!

Very nice write. The unknown can be creepy. Is it to be a blessing or curse is always the kinds of questions we must ponder.

    You're Sweet!

Oh sweet one...what a journey this poem..fear alone holds us back from blessing or curse..and each curse turned to blessing with intent and love..

fear not..but I love the lines...each word..the whole and the parts...

    Blessings and Joy..>>dyse<<

so now you have me pondering the kernal deep in autumn..seeded in rich soil..your palm closed so tightly..over the secret..of S/self?

sometimes best to hold all we find within our plams loosely..gently as if we were holding a hand ful of sand....each an endless grain iinto another

universe..just waiting...to be a blessing from stars yet unseen.

    Namaste
